Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 30-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will guide you through the process and cover return shipping costs for seller-fault items. For other exchanges, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For our customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. During this cooling-off period, please ensure the product is returned in the original condition. Some exceptions may apply as noted above.

Refund Timing

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
