Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

At Origin Beauty, all orders are processed within 1 business day. Once your order is received and payment is confirmed, our team promptly prepares your items for shipment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping Time

We offer standard shipping across the United States with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days from shipment. While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, please allow additional time for remote or long-distance locations. Please be aware that carrier delays can occasionally impact delivery times beyond our control.

Express Shipping Options

Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible US addresses. Express shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note, free standard shipping always applies with no minimum order requirement.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress until delivery.

Address Accuracy

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Shipping

Currently, Origin Beauty ships only within the United States and does not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping regions in the future.
